Time to finally announce what I've been working on for the last few weeks, and clearly more to come.
We all know River Song carries with her a personal diary, filled with her adventures across space and time as well as documenting those she's had with the Doctor. Alternatively, the Doctor did the same. He kept his own personal journal in which he recorded his encounters with River and when the two met next, they'd synch their timestreams. But what if the Doctor did more than just document his encounters with River? What if he took note of all of his adventures or at least most of them?
I've began a project in which I'm creating a journal that the Doctor presumably carries around with him wherever he goes; summarising his adventures, detailing some of the people he has met, and included some of the things he's acquired over the course of his journeys. Essentially, I aim to mirror River Song's diary, but for the Doctor.
The journal will be a summary of the Eleventh Doctor's (specifically) era from The Eleventh Hour until The Time of The Doctor. That's if I haven't reached the last page earlier than I hope to... and will be written from his perspective, following his timeline in order of how he experienced it. The pages will contain illustrations and more, all hand-drawn or some images custom made. As of now, I'm filling in the pages for Series 6 and I have great ideas and plans for each and every episode to come. As well as some of the adventures existing outside of the show...
I can't wait to share the final product with you but until then, here's three sneaky pictures from inside the Doctor's journal...
